With love, and not without reason, a dearest friend from Moscow sent me this drawing, by Serguei Eisenstein. No more words are needed. The impressive image is an immediate metaphor for the Kremlin today. Perhaps, for many other countries in the world, of which the leaders succumb to corruption and bloody egos.

At the MoMA’s Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden (whose own townhouse home once stood on the site), made with inorganic materials and, as the author says, «(sculpture) must have a certain relation to reality.» The garden was designed fro the MoMA by Philip Johnson in 1953.
